Surprisingly, I enjoyed this book and found myself many times getting transported into the historically factual story. The storyline was very eventful, even though it had quite a slow start. I really enjoyed all the dogfights and how well Brian L.Falkner had described them in such good detail. Bob Sunday’s character was well thought out and his adventure really enhanced the good characteristics he had. Lastly, I found it really interesting about how New Zealanders went to war, as well as how the planes worked. Personally, I think this book would be enjoyed more with a male audience, though anyone from around 12 could read it. |
